Villa Alvor Reserva Rosé

The night harvest preserves the aromas of the Grenache variety. After a short maceration on the skins, the grapes are pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and, 1/3 of the way through the process, part of the blend is transferred to 500 litre French oak barrels, where it is aged for around 4 months. Weekly bâtonnage adds texture and complexity. The final blend is stabilised around a month before bottling.

Colour: light pink, clear and bright. Aroma: good aromatic intensity with floral notes, slight citrus and some tropicality. Flavour: fresh and fruity profile with soft, balanced acidity. Long, intense finish resulting from the wine's acidity and unctuousness.

Perfect with seafood dishes such as seafood salads, fish stews and prawn pasta.
