The best Alicante Bouschet grapes are selected and harvested by hand. They are gently crushed and macerated for 3 days in stainless steel vats, followed by alcoholic fermentation for 10 days. After a gentle pressing in a pneumatic press, malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel and the wine is then transferred to french oak barrels, where it ages for 10 months. Bottling is followed by 4 months in the bottle.
Extremely elegant, with a young and fruity profile, this wine seduces with its notes of ripe red fruit, velvety structure, silky texture and good unctuousness marked by the presence of a soft and smooth tannin.
