Negra Mole

A homage to this Algarve indigenous variety, that found in this terroir its most iconic expression. Only the best grapes of Negra-Mole are selected for this wine. The grapes are macerated for 4 days and then undergo the process of manual pumping over for 10 days. The must ferments without any mechanical movement of the lees to preserve the more delicate primary aromas. The smooth texture of the wine and the perfect integration of aromas are the result of 8 months aging in French-Oak barrels, followed by 4 months of aging in bottle.

The typical primary aromas of the variety are highlighted in this wine: strawberries and fresh red berries blend perfectly with delicate notes of lilac. An extremely elegant wine with a velvety texture.
